Find answers to common questions about using Workybooks to support your child's learning at home.

## Getting Started

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I set up Workybooks for my child?">
    Getting started is simple:

    1. Create a free parent account at [workybooks.com](https://www.workybooks.com)
    2. Add your child's profile (name and grade level)
    3. Start exploring curriculum resources together!
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use Workybooks for multiple children?">
    Yes! One parent account can have multiple child profiles. Each child gets their own profile where you can:

    * Track their individual progress
    * Assign activities appropriate to their grade level
    * Save their favorites separately
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I know what grade level to choose?">
    We recommend starting with your child's current school grade. However, you can access content from any grade level. If your child needs extra practice, try resources from the previous grade. If they're ready for a challenge, try the next grade up.

## Using Workybooks at Home

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I know what's age-appropriate for my child?">
    All content on Workybooks is:

    * **Organized by grade level** (K-5)
    * **Labeled with specific standards** (Common Core aligned)
    * **Created by certified teachers** who understand child development

    Start with your child's grade level and adjust based on their needs.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do I need to be online to use Workybooks?">
    * **Printable resources**: Download and print to use offline anytime
    * **Interactive activities**: Require an internet connection

    We recommend downloading printables for car rides, waiting rooms, or times without internet access.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How much time should my child spend on Workybooks?">
    We recommend:

    * **Kindergarten-2nd grade**: 10-20 minutes per session
    * **3rd-5th grade**: 20-30 minutes per session

    Short, consistent practice is more effective than long, infrequent sessions.

## Tracking Progress

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Can I track my child's progress?">
    Yes! Your parent dashboard shows:

    * Which activities your child has completed
    * Scores and performance on interactive activities
    * Areas where they're excelling
    * Topics that might need more practice
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I know if my child is on track?">
    Each resource shows the grade-level standard it addresses. If your child can complete resources for their grade level with reasonable accuracy (70%+), they're on track. The progress reports also highlight areas of strength and areas for growth.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I see what my child's teacher has assigned?">
    If your child's teacher uses Workybooks and has connected your child to their classroom, you'll see teacher assignments in your dashboard along with due dates and completion status.
