Your account page lets you manage your personal information, update your password, and control your account settings. To access your account settings, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account, or go directly to workybooks.com/my-account.

Profile Information

Update your personal details to keep your account current.

What You Can Edit

For Teachers Only

Teachers can also add school information:
  • School Name
  • School Address
  • School City, State, Zip
  • School Country
Your role (Teacher or Parent) is set when you create your account and cannot be changed. If you need to change your role, please contact support.

Changing Your Email Address

To update your email address:

Go to My Account

Navigate to My Account from your profile menu.

Click Change Email

Find the email field and click Change Email.

Enter New Email

Type your new email address.

Confirm with Password

Enter your current password to verify the change.

Verify New Email

Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click it to confirm the change.
Make sure you have access to both your old and new email addresses during this process.

Changing Your Password

To update your password:

Go to My Account

Navigate to My Account from your profile menu.

Find Password Section

Scroll to the security section and click Change Password.

Enter Current Password

Type your current password for verification.

Create New Password

Enter your new password. It should be:
  • At least 8 characters long
  • Include a mix of letters and numbers
  • Different from your previous password

Confirm New Password

Re-enter your new password to confirm.

Save Changes

Click Update Password to save.

Google Classroom Connection (Teachers Only)

Teachers can connect their Google account to use Google Classroom features.

Checking Connection Status

In the My Account page, you’ll see your Google Classroom connection status:
  • Connected: Shows your connected Google email and last sync date
  • Not Connected: Shows an option to connect your account

Managing Your Connection

  • Connect Account: Click to authorize Workybooks with Google Classroom
  • Disconnect: Remove the Google connection from your account

Account Security Tips

  • Use a unique password for Workybooks
  • Don’t share your password with others
  • Change your password periodically
Keep your email address current so you can:
  • Reset your password if forgotten
  • Receive important account notifications
  • Get updates about your subscription
If you use Workybooks on a shared computer, always sign out when you’re done.
