Parents can create multiple child profiles to track each child’s progress separately. This guide explains how to set up and manage child profiles.

About Child Profiles

Each child profile:
  • Has its own progress tracking and history
  • Can be assigned to a specific grade level

  • Can be connected to a teacher’s classroom
You can add up to 4 child profiles per parent account.

  2. Confirm the PIN by entering it again

  • Use password instead: Click the option to enter your full account password
Choose a PIN that’s easy for you to remember but not obvious to others (avoid birthdays or simple sequences like 1234).

Why Use Separate Profiles?

Individual Progress

Track each child’s learning journey separately with their own completion history and scores.

Age-Appropriate Content

Each profile can be set to the appropriate grade level for that child.

Teacher Connections

Each child can be connected to their own teacher’s classroom for school assignments.

Personalized Experience

Children see content recommendations based on their own grade level and progress.

Connecting to a Teacher’s Classroom

If your child’s teacher uses Workybooks, you can connect their profile to the classroom:
1

Get the Classroom Code

Ask your child’s teacher for the classroom join code.
2

Switch to Child's Profile

Make sure you’re using the correct child’s profile.
3

Join Classroom

Navigate to Join Classroom and enter the code provided by the teacher.
4

Confirm

The child’s profile will now be connected to the teacher’s classroom, and assigned work will appear in their dashboard.
